Job Title: Junior Computer Support Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Greenland. As a Junior Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and maintaining computer systems, and responding to user inquiries. This is a contract position without accommodation, suitable for all nationalities.
Responsibilities:
-Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
-Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
-Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
-Manage user accounts and permissions
-Conduct regular maintenance and updates on systems
-Educate users on basic troubleshooting techniques
-Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or IT department as needed
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
-Previous experience in IT support is a plus but not required
-Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
-Knowledge of basic networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS)
-Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
-Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and troubleshooting
-Willingness to learn new technologies
Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
