Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Keep detailed records of production data and machine maintenance
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating industrial machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a variety of environments (including hot/cold temperatures)
