Registered Dietitian - Faroe Islands


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our growing team in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for assessing and advising clients on their nutritional needs, creating personalized meal plans, and providing education on healthy eating habits. This position is open to all qualified candidates, including those with their own visa and women looking to advance their career in the field of nutrition.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' nutritional needs based on medical history, current diet, and lifestyle
- Develop personalized meal plans based on dietary restrictions and health goals
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans as needed
- Provide education on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits to clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in nutrition and incorporate them into practice

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian
- Current registration with the Faroese Nutrition Board or similar governing body
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and meal planning techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate clients
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
