Moderator for Online Community in Aalborg, Denmark

As a Moderator for our online community in Aalborg, Denmark, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the interactions on our online platform. Your main goal will be to foster a positive and engaging environment for our community members. You will be expected to enforce community guidelines, resolve conflicts, and promote a sense of inclusion and diversity within the group.

Your role will involve reviewing user-generated content and ensuring that it adheres to our standards. You will also be responsible for addressing any inappropriate or offensive behavior from members. In addition, you will have the opportunity to create and lead discussions, events, and activities that encourage participation and connection among community members.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You must also possess a thorough understanding of online communities and social media platforms. Previous experience moderating online communities is preferred but not required.

As a moderator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the culture of our online community. This is a remote position with flexible hours, but candidates based in Aalborg are preferred. Salary: 1000$ per month
