Executive Chef



As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation and managing a team of cooks and other kitchen staff. You will be working in our restaurant located in Shan, a bustling city known for its diverse culinary scene.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and vision
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes to ensure high quality and consistency
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
- Monitor food costs and work with the management team to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Create daily specials based on seasonal ingredients
- Ensure compliance with all health codes and regulations
- Manage kitchen budget and maintain financial records
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns regarding food quality or presentation

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation standards, and food cost control
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively train and mentor staff
- Creativity in developing new dishes while maintaining menu consistency
- Attention to detail in menu planning, food presentation, and inventory management
- Familiarity with local health codes and regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month along with opportunities for growth within our expanding company. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
