Job Title: Entry-level Instrument Technician


We are seeking an Entry-level Instrument Technician to join our team in Almada. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and control systems used in industrial settings.

Responsibilities:
- Install new instruments and control systems according to blueprints and technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning instruments and control systems
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of all instruments
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and precision
- Keep detailed records of all work performed on instruments
- Assist with the design and implementation of new instrument systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical degree or certification in instrumentation is preferred
- No prior experience is necessary; on-the-job training will be provided
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and wiring
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
