Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect in Kolding, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative solutions that meet their budget and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design proposals for commercial building projects
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, and schedules
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Review and approve material selections and finishes
- Manage project teams and communicate progress updates to clients
- Conduct quality control checks on completed projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, contractors, and team members
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines

Salary: 1700$ per month
