Electrical Engineer - Biometric Passport Implementation (Sheduva, Canada)
We are a global technology company seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Sheduva, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of biometric passport systems and ensuring their functionality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, as well as experience with biometric technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement biometric passport systems in Sheduva and other locations as needed
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate biometric systems with existing technology
- Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of biometric passport systems
- Stay updated on industry advancements in biometrics and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with biometric technologies
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles
- Experience with programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
