Our company is seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month and accommodation. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine equipment needs
- Work closely with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Must have experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, or loaders
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read construction plans and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and irregular hours if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or related field
- Knowledge of basic mechanics for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Familiarity with GPS technology for precise equipment operation
