Job Title: Concierge in Lahore



As a Concierge in our luxury hotel in Lahore, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your main duty will be to assist guests with their needs and requests, ensuring that they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, and provide them with information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling their luggage
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, entertainment, and other services as requested by guests
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure that guest needs are met in a timely manner
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times when interacting with guests
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities based on guest preferences
- Keep track of guest preferences, special occasions, and any other relevant information to personalize their experience during future stays

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, events, and other relevant information
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with grace
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Polite and empathetic demeanor when dealing with guests from different backgrounds
