Entry-Level Concierge in Lahore, Pakistan
We are a luxury hotel in Lahore, Pakistan seeking an entry-level concierge to join our team. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies
- Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Fluent in English; additional languages preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with local area attractions and businesses
- Prior experience in a hotel or customer service role is a plus
Compensation:
Salary: $1800 per month
