Concierge - Customer Service Representative
The Concierge - Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and residents at a high-end hotel in Lahore. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle guest requests and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role, but we are also open to candidates without experience who possess excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for hotel amenities, such as restaurants, spa services, and transportation
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and amenities
- Resolve guest complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, prices, and policies
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure excellent overall guest experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Knowledge of local attractions and events is a plus
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset
