IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Manager to join our team in the US. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all of our company's information technology operations, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, and data security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management and possess excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems.
- Manage the company's network infrastructure and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Oversee software installations, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure data security by implementing proper security measures and monitoring potential threats.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware/software installation and maintenance, data security, and cloud computing.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think critically under pressure.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is located in the US. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
