Architectural Technologist - Oslo, Norway



We are currently seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. This role requires advanced knowledge of architectural design principles, as well as proficiency in using CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed construction plans and technical drawings
- Ensure that all plans comply with building codes and regulations
- Use CAD software to create accurate 2D and 3D models
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Review and revise plans as needed based on feedback from clients or project managers
- Conduct site visits to inspect progress and ensure adherence to plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month, with accommodation provided. Candidates must also have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes.

Location:
