Entry-Level Sales Representative


We are hiring an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team in Oslo. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive sales techniques
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and keep track of sales activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Must possess a valid biometric passport

Salary:
1100$ per month + commission based on sales performance
