Part-Time Team Lead in Os, Nigeria


We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Team Lead in Os, Nigeria. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our team. This includes managing schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring all team members are meeting their targets. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the team, including scheduling and delegating tasks
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Ensure all team members are meeting their targets and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress, address any issues, and implement improvements
- Create training materials for new team members and provide onboarding support
- Maintain accurate records of team performance metrics

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Biometric passport required for international travel
