Teamlead - La-Condamine


We are currently hiring an experienced and dedicated Teamlead to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of employees
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and project completion
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and processes
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any issues or concerns within the team
- Communicate with upper management regarding project status, progress, and any potential issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English (French proficiency is a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month. In addition to salary, we also offer accommodation for our employees.
