Mason - Faroe Islands


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team in Faroe Islands. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing a wide range of structures including buildings, walls, and other structures using brick, stone, concrete blocks, or other materials. You must have at least 2 years of experience in masonry work and be able to work full time.

Responsibilities:
- Lay out foundations and walls according to blueprints and specifications
- Measure and cut materials to the required size
- Mix mortar or grout and apply it to surfaces using trowels
- Set bricks or stones in place and ensure they are level
- Repair or replace damaged bricks or stones
- Use various tools such as hammers, chisels, and saws to shape bricks or stones
- Clean and maintain tools after each use
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in masonry work
- Proficient in reading blueprints and following specifications
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work full time

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
