As a Contract Architecture Manager in Randers, Denmark, you will oversee and manage all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include creating project proposals, coordinating with engineers and other professionals, and reviewing project plans and specifications. Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing project teams
- Proficient in project management software and other design tools
- Ability to work within a budget and meet project deadlines
- Experience with negotiating contracts and managing client relationships
- Fluency in English (Danish is a plus)
