Job Title: Architecture Manager



We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Randers. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of various architectural projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and designers
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout all stages of project development
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to establish project requirements
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Review architectural plans and designs to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and equipment for projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software programs
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
