Office Assistant in Almada, Portugal
Our growing office in Almada is seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment. This position is suitable for men with a biometric passport and does not include accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and direct them to their designated meeting rooms
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for office staff
- Take minutes during meetings as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
