Job Title: Office Assistant in Almada

We are hiring an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Almada. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include managing schedules, organizing documents, and assisting with various office tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month. All nationalities are welcome to apply, but applicants must have a valid visa for working in Almada. Accommodation will not be provided.
