Carpenter - Independent Contractor


We are in need of a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Esbjerg as an independent contractor. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. Your main duties will include taking measurements, cutting and shaping materials, and assembling structures according to specifications.

To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience as a Carpenter and possess excellent carpentry skills. You should also be knowledgeable in using various tools such as saws, drills, and hammers. A keen eye for detail and precision is also essential.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of materials needed
- Cut or shape materials using hand or power tools
- Assemble structures by joining pieces together with nails or screws
- Install structures according to specifications
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts
- Communicate with clients to understand their project needs
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Excellent carpentry skills with knowledge of different woodworking techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and sketches
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision
- Good physical strength and stamina to handle demanding tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Own tools
- Own transportation

Salary:
This is an independent contractor position with a salary of 900$ per week.

Location:
This job is located in Esbjerg, Denmark. However, candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate are also welcome.
