Computer Support Specialist - Aarhus, Denmark

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems and software. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Educate clients on how to use computer systems effectively
- Keep track of client inquiries and resolutions in our database
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support or related role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software (Windows, Mac OS)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical individuals
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing top-notch customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this part-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Aarhus, Denmark. Candidates must be eligible to work in Denmark.
