Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Aarhus. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all computer systems and networks run smoothly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and avoiding potential issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client requests for technical assistance via phone, email or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and peripherals
- Set up new user accounts and maintain user access controls
- Conduct system updates and perform regular maintenance tasks
- Provide training to clients on how to use new hardware or software
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and troubleshooting steps taken
- Collaborate with other team members to identify recurring technical problems and develop solutions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and MacOS
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information in simple terms
- Customer service-oriented approach
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Aarhus

This position does not include accommodation. However, we do offer a free visa sponsorship for non-local candidates. We also provide a free ticket for relocation if needed.
