Job Title: Contract Handyman in Esbjerg, Denmark


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Contract Handyman to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as repairs, maintenance, and installations for both residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and painting walls
- Repair or replace broken fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Install new appliances, fixtures, or equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems
- Keep track of materials and supplies needed for each job
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of general repair techniques for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Good communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide solutions
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per week for this contract position.
