We are hiring a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Pula, Croatia. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce precision components based on detailed blueprints and instructions. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines according to specifications
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine settings and tooling requirements
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed for proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for quality standards and make adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot issues with machines or processes to maintain efficient production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Proven experience as a Milling Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine tools and processes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Knowledge of measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Attention to detail with strong mathematical skills

Salary: $1100 per month (based on experience)
