As an Elevator Installer Supervisor in our growing company, you will oversee a team of skilled elevator installers and ensure that all installations are completed efficiently and according to safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of elevator installers, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress

- Train new team members and provide ongoing support for their development
- Perform performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an elevator installer or supervisor is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
