Indian Executive Chef in Hawalli, Kuwait
We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As an Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, and staff management. You will bring your expertise in Indian cuisine to create authentic and delicious dishes that will delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and updating menus with a focus on traditional Indian dishes
- Overseeing food preparation and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained
- Managing kitchen staff and delegating tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Adhering to food safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness standards in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in an Indian restaurant or hotel setting
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional variations and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
