Junior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Software Developer to join our team in Funchal. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications according to project requirements. Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Funchal, Portugal (accommodation provided)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new software features
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Test and troubleshoot software applications to ensure optimal functionality
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of software applications
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with mobile app development (Android/iOS)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular)
