Merchandising Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop merchandising strategies that align with company goals
- Monitor product inventory levels and communicate with production team to ensure timely delivery
- Work with marketing team to create eye-catching displays that attract customers
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and consumer preferences
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions about product placement and promotions
- Train store staff on product knowledge and proper merchandising techniques
- Travel to store locations to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or merchandising role
- Proven track record of successfully executing effective merchandising strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to travel periodically for store visits
