Job Title: Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Fonvieille. Your main goal will be to ensure that all guests have an exceptional dining experience and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, customer service, and financial performance
- Train and supervise employees to maintain a high level of service and quality
- Create and maintain schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized establishment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary to maintain stock levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees
- Analyze sales data and make strategic decisions to improve profitability
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (French fluency is a plus)

Salary: 1500$ per month
