Barber

As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients in our busy salon. You must have at least 2 years of experience working as a Barber and be able to work independently. In this role, you will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as be able to manage your time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients of all ages
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly sanitized before and after each use
- Keep up with current hair trends and techniques to provide the best services to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- Manage appointments and walk-in clients efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Handle monetary transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Promote products and services offered by the salon to clients

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Barber
- Must be skilled in various hair cutting techniques such as fades, scissor cuts, and beard trims
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Spanish is a plus)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a professional appearance and maintain good personal hygiene at all times
- Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Familiarity with various hairstyles, trends, products, and tools used in men's grooming is preferred

Salary: $1600 per month (plus tips)

Location: United States (US)
