Housekeeping Assistant


We are in search of a dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Assistant to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our client's homes. This position is suitable for freshers who are looking to start their career in the domestic services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Change bed linens and make beds according to our client's preferences
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness by washing dishes, wiping counters, and organizing cabinets
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when restocking is needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while handling cleaning products
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or domestic services is a plus but not required
- Must be physically fit to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and good time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Norway (visa sponsorship available)
