Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Esbjerg. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings and events. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A biometric passport is required for this position. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of $1000 per month without accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Maintain records and databases
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events
- Prepare documents and reports
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Perform research as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
