We are searching for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to assist in construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment to move materials and perform tasks such as grading, digging, and loading
- Inspect machinery before use and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met
- Keep track of equipment usage and report any issues or malfunctions to superiors
- Follow project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of tasks
- Complete necessary paperwork and document daily activities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator or similar role
- Proficient in operating various types of heavy equipment (bulldozers, excavators, loaders)
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Physical stamina to work in demanding outdoor conditions for extended periods of time
