Sales Manager - Balzers, Liechtenstein
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and driving revenue growth for our company. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to sales
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company's products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Fluent in English (knowledge of German is an advantage)
Salary: 1200$ per month
Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein (no relocation assistance provided)
