Sales Manager - Balzers
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Balzers. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals and drive revenue. You will also manage a team of sales representatives and oversee their performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with existing clients
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition
- Train and motivate sales team to achieve their goals
- Set sales targets and track progress towards them
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
