Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to customers with attention to detail
- Check on customers' satisfaction during their meal
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
- Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness of work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
