Nepali Collector in Malindi


We are seeking a Nepali Collector to join our team in Malindi. As a collector, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. This position is open to Nepali nationals with or without experience.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting payments from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and updating the database accordingly
- Contacting customers to follow up on late or missed payments
- Resolving any payment discrepancies or issues that may arise
- Working with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of records
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions regarding payments

Requirements:
- Must be a Nepali national with a valid biometric passport
- No previous experience required, training will be provided on the job
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is preferred but not required
- Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
- Comfortable working with numbers and handling financial transactions
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
