Debt Collection Specialist


As a Debt Collection Specialist, your main responsibility will be to manage and collect outstanding debts from clients. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining payment plans, negotiating settlements, and communicating with clients to resolve any issues or disputes. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all debt collection activities and provide regular updates to management on the status of outstanding debts.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of debt collection laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You must be able to work independently and efficiently while adhering to strict deadlines. Previous experience in debt collection or a related field is preferred but not required.

This position is suitable for both Pakistani and Kenyan candidates who are fluent in English and have a good understanding of local business practices. As this is a part-time position, it is ideal for students or individuals looking for flexible working hours.
