Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects in Monte-Carlo. You will work closely with clients, architects, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, and oversee their timely and efficient execution
- Manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenses are within the allocated budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Oversee the work of architects and other team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review architectural drawings and designs to ensure accuracy and quality
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, contractors, suppliers, and government officials
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design or project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in French is a plus)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality control
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Preference: This position is open to all qualified candidates regardless of gender. Candidates who have experience working in Monte-Carlo will be preferred.
