We are hiring a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the design and construction of various architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, as well as excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop appropriate designs
- Supervise junior architects and provide guidance on projects
- Review and approve project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the construction process
- Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Russia
- Excellent communication skills in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with others

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

This position is located in Ufa, Russia. However, candidates of any nationality are welcome to apply.
