Job Title: Computer Systems Analyst


As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating complex computer systems, processes, and procedures to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organization. Your expertise in information technology and business analysis will be utilized to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that meet the needs of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze user requirements from various departments within the company
- Identify areas for improvement in existing systems and processes
- Develop technical specifications and design documents for system enhancements or new projects
- Collaborate with software developers to implement solutions that meet business requirements
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of new systems
- Provide training and support to end-users on new or updated systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for system improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and project management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL)

Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Braga but is open to all nationalities. Relocation assistance is not provided.
