Office Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Horsens. This part-time position offers a starting salary of 1400$, as well as accommodation and a free visa and ticket. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and invoices
- Keep track of office expenses and maintain financial records
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail is crucial for this role
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required
