Teamlead - Project Management Specialist


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Teamlead - Project Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Shan, Canada. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and overseeing the successful completion of projects within budget and on time. You will also be responsible for developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring effective communication among team members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of project managers and provide guidance and support
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage resources effectively to ensure project success
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any issues or challenges
- Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in project management

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably as a team lead or supervisor
- PMP certification is highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
and meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
This role is located in the bustling city of Shan, Canada. The ideal candidate should be able to work onsite at our office location.
