Teamlead - Project Management (Filipino)



We are a growing company in Shan and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead for our Project Management team. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of project managers to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure that deliverables are met according to schedule
- Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may affect project delivery
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Conduct regular performance reviews for team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments or teams to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and tools to improve project management processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Teamlead or in a similar role preferably in the IT industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion within budget and on time
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira is preferred
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time

Location: Shan, Philippines
