Part Time Architecture Manager in Roskilde

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Roskilde. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards, and stay within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and approve design plans, blueprints, and construction documents
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
