Part-time Office Manager
Location: Herning, Denmark


We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Herning, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative tasks of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Keep track of office expenses and budget
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
- Organize company events and meetings
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position, with working hours of 20 hours per week. The salary for this position is 1300$ per month. Accommodation is not provided, but we offer free visa processing and ticket booking for international candidates.
