Part-Time Office Manager
We are a growing company in the city of Herning and we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This position is suitable for individuals without prior experience, and we welcome candidates with their own visa. This is an urgent position and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1200$ per month.
